- 선서 진술문:
- “본인은 해당 저작물의 사용이 저작권자, 대리인 또는 법률에 의해 승인되지 않았음을 성실히 믿습니다.”
- “본 신고서의 정보는 정확하며, 위증시 처벌을 받겠다는 각오로 본인이 저작권자이거나 저작권자를 대리할 정당한 권한이 있음을 확인합니다.”
- 서명: 저작권자 또는 권한을 위임받은 대리인의 전자 서명(성명 기재)
2. 반론 고지 절차 (Counter-Notice)
만약 본인의 게시물이 잘못된 저작권 침해 신고로 인해 삭제되거나 접근이 차단되었다고 판단되는 경우, 다음 항목을 포함하여 반론 고지서를 제출할 수 있습니다.
- 삭제되거나 차단된 콘텐츠의 상세 설명 및 이전 URL
- 반론 제기자의 성명, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 주소
- *”본인은 착오나 잘못된 식별로 인해 해당 자료가 삭제되거나 차단되었다고 성실히 믿으며, 이에 따른 법적 책임을 감수하겠다”*는 취지의 진술문
- 전자 서명
3. 저작권 보호 담당자 연락처 (Designated Copyright Agent)
저작권 침해 신고 및 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다. 접수된 요청은 확인 후 지체 없이 검토 및 조치(콘텐츠 삭제 또는 수정)됩니다.
